This is a very well made stable massage ball that will hold up to a lot of use. It is bigger and heavier than the yoga balls I purchased for deep tissues massage and it works better. The ball is 3.2 inches and weighs 0.43 lbs.
With the massage ball came a free jump rope in a nylon black drawstring storage bag that has the logo and company name of Ell Sports on it.
The jump rope is adjustable so I can make it perfect for my height. Folks in the household who are taller can adjust the jump rope easily with the screw mechanism so it is the right length for them.
Both the massage ball and the rope are black, so it hides wear. I really like the massage ball to work out the muscle knots and even use it on my feet to help with pain from gout.
