This is hope in a Shape & Tone package for me. It used all the right words on the packaging – weight loss, slimming, contouring, all-natural, skin lifting, cellulite reduction, shape contouring, spa-like treatment – yep, that pushed all my buttons and I am really hoping it works.
It’s pretty simple, really, all I have to do is clean and dry my tummy, stick the patch on for 4 to 8 hours once every 2 days and voila – a new me…right?!
The ingredients are all-natural and are Acrylates Copolymer, Capsicum Frutescens Extract, Portulaca, Oleracea Extract, Rosa Canina Seed Extract, Camellia Sinensis Leaf Extract, Ginkgo Biloba Leaf Extract, Hydrolyzed Collagen, Carnitine, Lecithin, Garcinia Cambogia extract. You may recognize some of them as they are in other weight loss and health products. It was reassuring to me that I did know some of the ingredients and they are good for the body.
It is easiest for me to apply the patch when I get up for the day and simply leave it on for 8 hours. My days can be crazy busy and I don’t need to worry about trying to remember to take a pill or two or rubbing on lotion that stings (yes, I have tried that, too, and it gets messy and bothersome on a busy day).
